1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery within Australia only.Shipping services are not available to locations outside Australia at this time.
2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of AUD 120 or more (including AUD 120) qualify for free shipping.

Orders below AUD 120 are subject to a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99.
All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout.
3. Taxes
Any applicable taxes are clearly shown at checkout and are included in the total amount paid.
4. Order Cut-off Time
Order processing is based on the following business hours: Australia / Sydney (AEST / AEDT), 9:00 – 18:00

Orders placed before 18:00 are processed starting the same day.

Orders placed after 18:00 are processed starting the next business day.

If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.
5. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days.

Orders are delivered using commonly used Australian shipping carriers, which may include:
